The 2025 Flag Day Parade kicks off a day of patriotic excitement in Ocean Shores! Sponsored by Elks Lodge #2581, this year’s parade features:
The parade begins at 11:00 AM at the Ocean Shores Convention Center and marches through downtown. Bring your chairs, flags, and community spirit — this is one you don’t want to miss!
Directly following the parade, join us at the Elks Lodge grounds for a meaningful and respectful Flag Retirement Ceremony hosted by Ocean Shores Elks Lodge #2581 in proud partnership with the Ocean Shores VFW.
In accordance with the U.S. Flag Code, this solemn event honors worn or damaged American flags with proper retirement, typically by ceremonial burning. All are welcome to observe or participate.
Have a flag ready to retire? Drop it off at the Lodge before June 13.
Come hungry — stay for the music! Enjoy great food and even greater company as we celebrate together.
